What is Reiki and what should I expect?
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. The practice is based on the idea that we all have an unseen "life force energy" flowing through our bodies.
What you should expect for results, always lies within the client themselves as they are in charge of their own healing. I act as a vessel for energy, allowing the energy to to go where it is needed most.
Reiki is frequently done with a gentle touch; however, it can be done completely hands-off for those clients who might not like touch.
Session results can very from person to person. Sometimes the session can be intense for one person but uneventful for another. The most common experience is an almost immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation. A typical session lasts 45 minutes to an hour. Sessions can be done in person or virtually.
What is Hypnosis and what should I expect?
Hypnosis can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviors or to help you cope better with stress, anxiety or pain. It's important to know that although you're more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you don't lose control over your behavior.
What happens during each individual session is specific to you and what your needs are. During a session, I will help guide you into a deep relaxation in a comfortable setting; but you will always be the one who is in control. My role as your hypnotherapist, is to serve as your tour guide. You may feel some heaviness or relaxation. You may experience something similar to a meditative state if you've experienced that before. Anyone who can follow basic instructions, can be hypnotized. How many Health Coaching session will I need?
Lifestyle changes, unfortunately, don't happen overnight. Bi-weekly sessions are recommended for a minimum of 3 months. A typical session lasts 45 minutes to an hour. Sessions can be done in person or virtually. Health Coaching isn't a fad diet or quick fix. Health Coaching is a permanent lifestyle change.
What is vibrational energy?
You are a living energy field. Your body is composed of energy-producing particles, each of which remain in constant motion. So, like everything and everyone else in the universe, you are vibrating and creating energy. Your thoughts and behaviors affect the rhythms in your body. It's possible to speed up or slow down our vibrations at a cellular level by changing our thoughts, behaviors and even our surroundings. The benefits of changing your vibrational energy can alter your mood, improve your physical health and help achieve your goals. Vibrational experts claim that certain emotions and thought patterns, such as joy, peace and acceptance, create high frequency vibrations, while other feelings and mindsets (such as anger, despair and fear) vibrate at a lower rate.
