Reiki Session
This service is a favorite among many of my clients, as it is often times one of the ways to unwind and release. Reiki is known as "life force energy" and is a form of energy healing used to help improve your general well-being and promote your self-healing abilities. During a session, I will use gentle hand movements to channel the flow of healthy energy. A session typically will last 30-60 minutes. Some benefits of Reiki include: boosting mood, relaxation, decreasing fatigue, lowering stress, relieving pain and reducing tension.

Hypnosis Session
During a hypnosis session, I will guide you through a process to induce a trance-like state that will help you focus your mind and become deeply relaxed. When you are in hypnosis, there will be some direct suggestions that are made to the subconscious mind. You will always remain in control and hear everything that is taking place. Within a period of time after a hypnosis session, you can experience some benefits, whether you feel lighter, like you've had some release or notices some changes in your behavior. It's different for everyone depending on what the symptom is and what the targeted results are. Hypnosis is proven to be about 93% successful in about 4 to 6 sessions. In many cases, hypnosis can positively change people's lives quickly with one session to address a specific issue. However, it is unrealistic to expect that 20 years of an established behavioral pattern can be undone in a single, one hour session. Most issues are successfully addressed in fewer than four sessions. Hypnosis can be used for any undesired behaviors you want to gain control over; but the most common issues are: insomnia, anxiety, pain, phobias, to quit smoking and weight loss.

Health Coaching Session
The purpose of a health coach is to guide you to make long-term positive health changes you can incorporate into your personal journey. One on one Health coaching can help you with a broad variety of health issues such as weight loss, stress reduction, addiction and improving diet. I am trained to help you identify health goals and become a proactive participate in your own self-health management. I will look at all areas of your personal life, including lifestyle and behavior, in addition to nutritional choices in order to help you reach your health goals.

Life Coaching Session
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. With my coaching sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you. During a session we may also use Emotional Freedom Technique also known as EFT or tapping. EFT is an effective way to reduce symptoms of anxiety, excessive worry, irritability, depression, phobias and stress.
